From 0 to Calisthobeast is made for all levels.
Beginner? You’ll learn the basics (push-ups, dips, pull-ups) and build up with a clear structure.
Intermediate/Advanced? You’ll get progressions, skills, and training cycles to break past plateaus and unlock new levels.
💪 WILL I GAIN MUSCLE WITH THIS PROGRAM?
Yes. Every muscle group is targeted to build real strength, muscle, and endurance.
⏳ HOW LONG DOES IT LAST?
The program is split into 3 progressive cycles, each lasting 4–6 weeks for a total of 12–18 weeks of transformation. The program will be useful for years as the last cycle is very hard to master.
⚡ CAN I COMBINE IT WITH OTHER SPORTS?
Yes, whether you’re into running, martial arts, or football, this program can be your strength foundation or a booster for explosiveness and muscle.

You only need a bar or calisthenics park.
